Terra Nova Solutions is pleased to announce its acquisition of Zebra Environmental & Industrial Services, an important step in the company’s goal of providing innovative environmental support solutions to businesses across the Eastern U.S. The acquisition was completed with an equity investment from Maryland-based Calvert Street Capital Partners.
Headquartered in High Point, N.C., Zebra was founded in 2005 by spouses David and Amy Tedder. Today Zebra is recognized as a leading provider of diversified environmental, industrial, and emergency response solutions for a broad array of businesses across the southeastern U.S.

The combined entity includes more than 50 highly experienced personnel, a fleet of specialized environmental and industrial support vehicles, and modern waste containment facilities that, collectively, are capable of providing state-of-the-art services to businesses of all sizes and needs.
