ROCHESTER, NEW YORK, November 8, 2021: Terra Nova Solutions, Inc. (“Terra Nova” or the “Company”) a provider of industrial, waste, and environmental services announced today the acquisition of Hazmat Emergency Response and Remediation (“HERR”).
Founded by Marc and Kyle Cox in 2002 and based in Whiteville, North Carolina, HERR is a provider of diversified waste, industrial, remediation, and emergency response solutions to a broad array of businesses in the southeastern United States.

As part of the transaction, HERR operations in Whiteville and Thomasville, NC join existing Terra Nova’s operations in High Point, NC, Greenville, SC, and Rochester, NY. Marc and Kyle Cox will continue to serve in leadership roles with the Company. The transaction is the third acquisition by Terra Nova Solutions.
