Expansion Will Accelerate Growth, Expand Depth of Services in Southeast
HIGH POINT, NC, July 22, 2022: Terra Nova Solutions, Inc. (“Terra Nova” or the “Company”) a provider of industrial, waste, and environmental services, announced today the acquisition of the Lee County Solid Waste Facility (LCSWF).
Founded by Warren “Wally” Lee in 2002 and based in Bishopville, South Carolina, LCSWF is permitted to receive and process a wide variety of non-hazardous waste and provides solidification, composting and waste-to-energy solutions to a broad array of businesses in the southeastern United States.

As part of the transaction, LCSWF operations in Bishopville, SC join existing Terra Nova operations in High Point, Whiteville and Thomasville, NC; along with Greenville, SC and Rochester, NY. The transaction is the fourth acquisition by Terra Nova Solutions since 2019.
