For over 16 years Terra Nova has been a trusted, go-to partner providing industrial maintenance, remediation, waste management, and emergency response services to a diverse array of businesses on the east coast The roots of the company date back to 2005 with the founding of Zebra Environmental and Industrial Services (Zebra) by husband-and-wife team David and Amy Tedder. Terra Nova acquired Zebra in 2018 and inherited a fantastic team and loyal customer base. Terra Nova opened its upstate New York office in 2019 which is focused on specialized geotechnical and remedial engagements. In 2020, Terra Nova acquired Pinnacle Environmental Services of Greenville, South Carolina. In 2021, Terra Nova acquired Hazmat Emergency Response and Remediation (HERR) of Whiteville and Thomasville, NC. All three acquisitions improved the service geography and capabilities of the organization while providing a platform to service a growing manufacturing and industrial base in the southeast.

Terra Nova’s growth strategy includes organic initiatives and select acquisitions of companies with similar cultures and capabilities.
