Vacuum Truck & Tanker Service

Zebra Environmental’s vacuum trucks have the capability to efficiently collect and transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

Pit & Sump Cleanouts

Zebra’s vacuum trucks remove (wet or dry) grit, waste water, and sludge from sumps, oil water separators, trench drains catch basins and tanks. Zebra also provides plant shut down maintenance and facility services.

High Volume Wet Dry Vacuum Truck Service

Zebra’s fleet of pneumatic equipment includes permitted vacuum trucks at various sites with capacities ranging from 2,000-9,000 gallons.

Pipe Cleaning & Hydro-Blasting

Zebra’s hydro-blasting and line cleaning services entail many facets of cleaning which include: high pressure systems from 10,000 psi to 40,000 psi used in cleaning heat exchangers, boilers, tanks, reactors, and piping. 3D nozzle with rotating jets often eliminate the need for confined space entry.

Tank Cleaning & Decontamination

Zebra has a full range of industrial services including: Above- and underground tank cleaning, waste removal, and decontamination including confined space entry when needed. Transportation and disposal to permitted facilities for all liquids, solids and sludge.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES

Zebra’s 24-hour Emergency Response Service offers containment and cleanup of accidental material releases. Zebra routinely responds to many types of chemical and petroleum releases resulting from transport tanker spills, rail tank car spills or facility accidents. Our response team’s rapid mobilization and readiness for emergencies helps minimize costs and environmental impacts. Zebra is dedicated to providing the highest quality response services to its clients.

All Zebra response personnel are trained to meet or exceed Federal OSHA Guidelines for work in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120) as well as Confined Space Entry (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146). Several of our key staff have worked for 20+ years on a national scale in the emergency response industry.

Zebra’s most valuable asset is the quality and experience of its personnel. By relying primarily on our experienced in-house resources we help reduce the impact of spills, releases, and accidents.

Our emergency services are dispatched from Zebra’s new facility, located in High Point, NC. This facility is equipped with capabilities to blend fuels, separate water and fuel, stabilize and solidify non-hazardous sludge’s and solid waste for direct bulk transportation and disposal.

About Zebra Facilities

Zebra’s permitted waste processing facility features 140,000 gallons of above-ground tank storage and a state-of-the-art sludge solidification pit that processes both liquid and solid non-hazardous waste. The process area is contained on three sides by an impervious concrete dike wall, the fourth by a full-length liquid containment sump, and the entire area covered and protected by 12-foot roof skirts.

The process area allows for year-round facility operations. Zebra is able to accept and process non-hazardous/regulated materials contained within assorted packaging, including dump trucks/trailers, vacuum trucks/tankers, super suckers, roll-offs, drums, totes and cubic yard boxes. A 22,000 square foot warehouse contains the specialized equipment and personal protective equipment used by Zebra to ensure safe work. The facility and property is completely protected by a 6-foot high security fence.
