Project Overview
Terra Nova provided emergency response services to a client in Hillsboro, NJ to collect and treat PFAs-impacted water. Terra Nova mobilized to perform storm sewer cleaning with a vacuum-jetter truck and installed a temporary a water treatment system. The water treatment system consists of a 6-inch pump to divert water from entering the target location, a 4-inch pump to direct water to the water treatment system, fractionation tank, dual-stage bag filter housing, and (4) 2,000-lb carbon filtration vessels . Terra Nova is currently providing on-going routine and on-call services to maintain operation of the water treatment system to meet discharge compliance regulations.
